Taylor Hawkins, Drumming With The Foo Fighters

One of the great drummers on the rock music scene today is Taylor Hawkins from the Foo Fighters.  Before the Foo Fighters, Hawkins played with Alanis Morrissette and a few other bands, but the Foo Fighters have easily gained him the most recognition.  I pulled a couple of videos to share with you featuring Taylor Hawkins; the first comes from Guitar Center TV and features an interview with Hawkins about his experiences in the recording studio and the second features Hawkins behind the kit playing a drum solo at a Foo Fighters show.  Hopefully these videos will give you a little glimpse into the drumming mind and style of Taylor Hawkins.  I hope you enjoy the videos as much as I did!

I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse into the mind and style of Taylor Hawkins.  Taylor has gained much notoriety performing with the rock band, Foo Fighters.  Now he is working on his own project called Taylor Hawkins and the Coattail Riders, in which he sings and plays drums.
