According to a video clip from the Arsenio Hall Show, Terri Lyne Carrington has been playing the drums her whole life. And it definitely shows as she has been been a preferred choice among some of the elite musicians in the jazz and pop music worlds. She is an outstanding drummer that was the house drummer on the Arsenio Hall show, a bandleader and recording artist, a session and live player for acclaimed pianist Herbie Hancock, and an assortment of other monster players. And the cool thing is she has every right to be there as she has proven herself time and time again as a top choice drummer. I collected a few performance videos from Terri Lyne Carrington, including an appearance on the Arsenio Hall show, a jazz recording session, and a live performance with Herbie Hancock. All three performances are great in their own right, so I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
